They are a Hub so they have alot of parts. Don't waste time calling. Notorious for putting you on hold for Loooonnnggg time

Worst autozone ever, 3 people at the counter doing nothing and a line full of people, i tell the guy theres an offer on the wall and he acts as if im lying goes back to check it then says i need the filter to complete the combo after completing my transaction even though i specified to him that i wanted the combo i saw on the wall.... name was angel

I have no complaints about the service inside the store! It's in the parking lot where I didn't like it, there's a guy who just got me out of the car and took my car while I was in the store ordering my parts and the store didn't do anything to return it to me! I told them I was in line when I left they already had my car at the tow truck! I told them in the store to check the cameras in the store and they did not want to, I had to pay $223 for it. I do not recommend going to Autozone, bad experience.

Very bad service, the Manager Sarahi make me way for her for long time until she finish her personal call, and Jovita ask her for take care of me but she just said, "I know" and 5 min., later Jovita ask the other client if she can take care me before him cause I was waiting for long he said yes, Jovita needs to be a representative of Auto Zone for her quality time on take care of customers, the important thing on business it's the client not there personal matters. 100% for Jovita 0000% for the Manager Sarahi.
