Had an issue where the wrong part was pulled and part # didn’t match the invoice. I attempted to exchange it for the correct part I paid for and the older man at the counter was being very aggressive and rude and couldn’t help me due to it messing up the inventory and told me I had to take it back to the original store I purchased from. He was very rude and dismissive, another associate was able to help me and told me that rude man is the manager and that he is rude to everyone. What an awful way to treat people. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Bought a battery but they didn’t install it for me with an excuse of short-staffed but had literally 3 guys standing around. Bad service!

Went to return a part. This location needs an overhaul regarding customer service. I won’t name this person but he wasn’t pleasant at all. Looked like he didn’t want to be here. No smile no greeting. Just drab. Takes away from the experience.

What à horrible place.
They intensionally sold you the incorrect part.
I bought an mass air flow sensor. Have to paid $8 extra so they can get to the store fast. And guess what. Its not even fit to my Toyota. When i tried to return it. They said they can accept it because it already use.
How??. It incorrect size. You can't put it in. How can it already use.
Don't go to autozone. They're going to sell you junk to get your money
Have to complaints for they to refund i will give 2 stars

One of the worst auto zones, one of the lazy workers put me on hold while he helped out everyone else for over 15 mins. When I called back they answered and hung up.

I bought a belt tensioner for my ford fusion. When I installed it, it won’t keep the tension but keep shaking. I brought it back to get my refund, but the employees said only swap no return. I showed them the video, but they said no. Their policy for defect items are either refund or swap, but I want my refund and they don’t give me my refund. This place is ripped off.

My husband may be only 30, but he knows his cars and has over a decade of experience as a mechanic. Whoever the old black man was at the register that wasted SO much of his time today trying to stop him from buying the supplies he needed & instead trying to give him crap he clearly said he didn't need, was just UNCALLED for. He wasted 25 minutes chopping it up with other people & arguing w my husband,instead of letting him get a word in, which meant my husband RAN OUT OF TIME to finish the mobile job. He now has to make another hour long drive just to finish what he started tomorrow because of this foolish employee. Do better. And if you're not even a mechanic, stop trying to school one who IS just because he's younger and clearly more experienced than you. He ended up leaving to get the part from a junkyard rather than deal with this man or any other autozone again.

MINUTES TO CHANGE IF U GIVE A DAMN.O YEAH I DON'T WANT TO FORGET HIS SAGE ADVICE TO ME.DRIVE WITH THE BRIGHTS ON UNTIL SUNDAY MORNING N FIND THAT MECHANIC. I DID BETTER THAN THAT I FOUND GOOGLE N CHANGED IT MYSELF.

Really great service a Mr. Edward Cooper went over and beyond to help I will do business here any day if you guys need real help check this guy out the other guy started my service Mr.Manuel but Mr.cooper for sure didn't stop until things were done and figured out thanks guys also awesome customer service
