I have been buying stuff from AutoZone for the past 20+ years. And lately their service got really bad (rude+disrespectful+hate their job)so I buy stuff from Amazon and other places. But last Saturday I went to this location and got the best service I got in years. Bars was very professional and very helpful. If all AutoZone has this kind of service, they will have a lot more customers.
Bars should should get a raise+bounce and promote.

Went to this store to get diagnostic code and Gordon helped me out. He replaced my windshield wiper and even added fluid. Very helpful

Pasa n Amanda helped me when I broke down in front off the Autozone Pasa changed my battery out for me when the test showed it was bad but under warranty Amanda used zip ties to hold my heat shield up on the hood of my truck patient n kind n went above n beyond to help me I won't forget that thank you guys

Horrible personal customer service. The personnel act as if you are invisible since they don’t bother to engage in even acknowledging your physical presence and act as if they are doing you a favor.

Thank you to the general manager Keoni at the AutoZone off Highway 6 for helping me test and replace my car battery. He was able to fix my battery despite it being near closing time. He was very efficient and helpful throughout the process! I’ll be back to this location again should I ever need help. Thanks Keoni!

In need of an emergency spare tire change for a Toyota Sequoia, I called ahead to ask about a tool loan service. The person on the phone said it would be no problem to loan me the tool that I needed to lower my tire as long as I let them hold my ID. Upon arriving, a man named Dennis said there was no service that exists at that store. Afterwards, I called the same number that told me they do tool loans just to confirm the address I went to. It was 2340. What a waste of time.
Update:
Customer service called to say they have a specialty loaner program for specialty tool loans and they also have a “Gotcha” kit for quick jobs in the parking lot for quick jobs like battery changes and spare tires. The rep had no idea how to resolve the situation. I had to tell her she needs to call the store associate to check for a 3/8th extension and have the associate loan out that tool. I literally need it for 30 seconds. Anyway, I’m so unsatisfied with the overall incompetence of this company and I will be bringing my business to O’Reilly Autoparts and Car Quest for the future.
