I went in about a week ago with just a photo of the part I needed. The part was ordered & delivered. I get to the car shop and it’s the wrong part! I went back in and received the best customer service. I hate I didn’t get the two gentlemen who helped me names but one said he’s been in the industry for 25 years and was just at the location to help. I’m so happy he was able to help me get the right part for my car. He was so patient with me! Thank you so much for keep customer service alive!

Judith, apparently the store manager, should definitely not be working in customer service. Beyond rude. I understand she might be having a bad day but when you work in customer service you have to pull it together. If you need antidepressants that is okay, do something to help yourself. I feel bad for her employees.

The manager Andrew is very helpful and always Got what I need. He is a very knowledgeable employee and he knows what he’s doing. Definitely need more people like him with that experience! 10/5 stars ask for him when you go to AutoZone.

I've been trying to support Amazon less and support brick and mortar stores more and I'm glad I did. The staff at this AutoZone is very helpful. I picked up a wiper blade replacement for my rear window and not only did he tell me I had the wrong one when I went to go pay he went out to the parking lot and put it on for me. He did it a lot faster than I could have. I also appreciate how this store has a lot of staff working and you almost never have to wait for someone to help you.

Judith is the best she was quick to help me find the part I was looking for, she was very professional and quick and eager to help get me the part I needed for my truck, I would give her 10 stars if I could. Hands down she has the best customer service experience!

My car's battery was bad. I came to AutoZone to replace a new one. The old battery corroded so bad. Juan patiently spent a lot of time to uninstall it. Juan is the best. He should earn 5+ stars. Thank you for your helps.

Worst service I ever had in my life from a autozone employee. I called and asked for something for my truck that said was in stock, It was a female named "jusith" she was totally rude over the phone call NO common courtesy whatsoever for a loyal paying customer. I'll will never shop here again there's no respect from her at all and I've been coming here for years. I'll just have to find my parts and products elsewhere from now on. I wish there was a half of a star or no star I can rate because the service she provided & her customer service was so terrible and uncalled for ! So for that reason I will not be shopping here at this location ever again !
