They did not like their customer service for nothing because they don’t want to help their customers with anything for the services they are suppose do of they job they applied for . The mangers and employees treat us customers like we are not suppose to exchange our items . They need new staff on that location.

I’ve had a very long stressful week. I walk into Autozone on my phone with my cousin having a mental breakdown. As soon as I walked into AutoZone while having my key fob in hand I started to look at the batteries. I didn’t even get a chance to look. I was approached immediately by a representative name Victor, I didn’t even say a word he knew what I needed. He reached for my key fold and begin to look for the battery that was needed. He asked me Do you need the pack of two or one? I replied one he then went to the register to bring me up. He told me my total he asked me would you like for me To place your battery inside for you I said yes after he successfully placed my battery in the key fob. He told me go try it again. My mind is all over the place. I was going out the wrong door Victor said it’s the other door. I replied thank you went to my car. The battery worked very successfully. I walked back in. I asked for change for a $20 bill. I asked the manager if I could speak with Victor she called him up to the front. I asked her if Victor could have what I wanted to give him, she said yes. I am so grateful that there are people in the world that are so genuinely, kind hearted, respectful, caring & understanding! I shopped a lot this week in many different malls not one person was so polite and took forth & effort like Victor. The Customer Service here is above and beyond. I feel it in my heart in my spirit. I will always come to this AutoZone and look for Victor.

Today me and boyfriend went into the store looking for a oil change for my car .The store manager Eliana told me about the STP oil bundle to save me money.Wow $37.00 for a whole oil change .

Lady manager has attitude for no reason. I did not make a fuss about the policy but the way she explained it was so unprofessional to the worker in front of us. No reason to make a face and explaining in a condescending way. All she had to do was explain the policy. Unprofessional and unprovoked rudeness.
