Today i met Juanita and she made me a loyal customer just after a few minutes. She was attentive and incredibly welcoming and i truly never have experienced superior customer service like this. I felt like family with her and she took very great care of helping me understand the brand and the products catered to my skin ! Oh and that stress fix oil is a blessing ! Thank you Juanita ?

Truly amazing to stop in and be able to have Brittain test my hair follicles to see which hair products would be best for me. She walked me through the whole process and I love everything she recommended thus far & looking forward to going back so she even joined me on the rewards program, highly recommended. Wonderful experience & products!

When Shari suggested that I have my birthday at Aveda, I was delighted. I had never heard of such a unique idea for a celebration before. I was excited to learn more about the new Aveda skin care line. I was already an avid Aveda user, so it was a great opportunity to deepen my knowledge. I was even more thrilled when a few of my friends, who were former Aveda retailers, joined me. We all had a wonderful time! Shari made the experience even better with her hospitality and attention to detail. We all felt like royalty. Everyone was impressed by how their skin felt after trying out the products. We were all amazed to find out that Shari wasn't the store manager, yet she conducted herself like she was in charge. This was the first birthday of my 44 years that went off without a hitch. I can't thank Shari enough for this memorable experience. I will be sure to recommend that my other Aveda-using friends have their parties there as well. i'm addition, Cynthia made it just as exciting. Her additional attention to detail was spot on.

My friend had a birthday party here with about 8 people. Shari was so helpful and fun. I have used Aveda for years and she led us through a self facial using all the different skincare with individualized products. I learned a lot and came away with alot of goodies!

WARNING. If you have products that you haven't used sitting on your shelf, you may not be eligible to exchange them. I went to this store today hoping to exchange about $450 worth of products and they said no. They took $180. I thought about it, and am very disappointed because I've spent a lot of money with Aveda over the years. I love their hair products, and have fallen in love with their hydrating serum. But I have to rethink how important that is when spending money with them again.

I had a consultation with Samantha to review my hair issues. She was not only up-beat and informative, but warm and understanding. She explained how and why I'm having the problems that I have with my hair, while also educating me on how hair works and the life cycle of it.
