I am the owner of the property and avenue 360 send fake checks twice in the pass 2 months causing the bank block my account and charged checks refund fee of $50 each check. I've always been able to get an appointment the office is well kept staff is always helpful finally found a doctor I can say she listens to what I have to say and give great medical feed back I love my experience with them

Can't even get them to respond. If you or someone you care for has mental health issues, I suggest you try somewhere else. Although there are very few places that actually want to help people w/o insurance. The city should be ashamed
