I arrived today by 12:30 pm for my reservation that I booked and confirmed online for availability. However I was told by the lady at the office that there are no cars available for you come the next week, even though that it is confirmed for availability online and I can see many cars available for rent at the parking lot. Very unprofessional if you want to waste your time and deal with the nonsense this place have their doors open for not doing business. I won’t be returning to do business with this location anymore.

Great customer service makes a huge difference. I had an issue with my rental. They immediately and cheerfully gave me a new vehicle, even though they were very busy. I am traveling from out-of-state for cancer treatment. Anything that helps make travel go more smoothly helps. Thank you for such great customer service!

This is the worse place to rent from here , the white girl is extremely rude. Talk to you and looks she hates her job . ? most of the reviews have bad experience with her . She has to control her attitude

Manager (Denise) was very disrespectful while I was securing my car that I reserved. I had questions regarding my reservation which she rudely and smuglly informed me of the Avis policy. Generally, I am satisfied with using Avis but was disappointed in the customer care at this location.My recommendation is to reserve your car at another location or rental agency as this location is subpar if you expect courteous and kind employees.

Just an FYI, for those of you who are doing the Uber rental service, all they have right now are electric vehicles and the EV are a huge pain in the but, the battery do not last as long as gas and it is hard to find a good charging station, some times you have to wait for other vehicles to finish their charging. In that amount of time you are losing money when compared to pulling up to a gas station it only takes a few minutes to fill up and you are back on the road to make your money. Now, here is some more Intel on my experience renting a EV to do Uber from Avis, on Saturday December 30, 2023 I was doing a few Uber pick ups and drop offs, once I saw that I was in need a charger I drove to one station and it I had to wait 2 hours and once I made it to the kios the machine was not able to red my card, the next one the kios was either off or broken, so I drove to another and I had the same issue. I was not having any luck at all. So I tried to drive to another and in that process the EV ran out of battery and cut of on me on the parking lot of Aldi. I called roadside assistance and had to wait from 3:AM to 7:35AM for the tow truck to pick up the EV if it was a gas vehicle I could have bought a gas can filled it up and got back to on the road to make more money. Now just to let all go with this warning, IF THE EV FALLS DEAD THE TOW TRUCK WILL TAKE THE EV BACK TO AVIS AND YOU WILL NOT I REPEAT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR A WHILE. So proceed with caution PLEASEEEE. I have no problem with the reps at N. Loop Avis, I just think they need to change that EV policy because it was not my fault that I was not able to find a good charging station. Stick with gas ⛽️R.J White

I have been partonizing this location for years. Horrible experience, on two occasions with the young man with locs in his hair due to his nasty attitude, as though I was not a cutomer and I should be lucky to be renting a car. My rating would be 1 but he was willing to apologize. I will change this with my next interaction higher or lower it is all in Avis's hands.

Customer service is horrible the black guy especially is soooooooo disrespectful and rude he act like he’s working in a horrible movie he is soooo abusive with his mouth who in the world hired that monster I’m glad i didn’t bring my kids with me I will hate for them to see that disgusting person

Customer service asked me to return the car here, the associate threw the keys back at me and said no. “This is s-special” whatever that means, with a stutter. And ignored me and helped someone else despite me using Avis for months straight and being an active customer. Walked away and contacted a confused customer service to resolve the issue. They were also confused about these mystery fees they said they would charge me.

Worst Avis location I’ve ever been to. The employees here enjoy putting customers in dirty cars. Drive down the street to Enterprise to avoid this location and it’s terrible employees

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I don’t have the time to go into all of it at this time, but the short of it is that these people put me in a rental that was drastically unsafe. Like, severe front end issues that if I ran over a small rock on the highway, the car would fly into the lane next to me. I took it back to them and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that I had to swap the car out. Also, they never answer the phones, polite customer service here is very lacking, so much so that the manager of the shop is the rudest one who never lets you finish a damn sentence. AND the part that I don’t have time to go into fully, these people essentially robbed me of almost $700 and even corporate doesn’t seem interested in making it right with me. Forget this trash company! Go use any other rental shop. It’s not like their prices are any different, I’ve checked.
