I wanted to share a great Avis experience that I had on a car rental from Jan 25 to Feb 10. Originally I only scheduled the vehicle for 2 days while I waited for my vehicle to be picked up and for me to get a new vehicle. Well, the two days soon turned to 5 then to 7 and I just kept extending. After the two week mark, the local Avis rep called me to make sure that everything was ok and to inform me that the rate would drop since it was more than a two week rental. I was able to extend and do everything via the app. In the end, the vehicle wound up being cheaper per day than what was originally quoted and I felt very taken care of. Thanks AVIS! It’s the attention to the details that makes Avis such a good service organization and a wonderful place to rent from.

Xavier is always so great - Budget Avis is lucky to have this man working for them. 5* service and smile. Great local knowledge and takes 5 min to do the paperwork, go through insurance etc. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than picking up at G. Bush IHH airport.

I prepaid an elite 7 people suv but when I arrived they gave me a 5 people suv. They couldn't cancel my reservation because it was already paid so I had to keep the 5 people SUV that I didn't ask for for the same price. please do not trust this agency. They promised a refund for the difference which they never did :(........ Responding to the message that they answered me, I do have a copy of my reservation but I am not interested in the refund. I'm interested in the agency improving so they don't do the same to other people

Cars smell funny. Sticky steering wheel place looks run down. My receipt had a sales tax of 15%. Is that even legal in the state? The service was phenomenal though. Very helpful staff and team.

I recently rented a car because my car was in the shop. The reservations were made once we got there they pulled up the reservations, the actual size that we reserved was not available but she made the proper adjustments and based on the reservation that we had and accommodated us with a different size car since our reservations had another size car so everything was very smoothly very professional. The process was very easy and quick. The vehicle was cleaned full of gas. Everything was ready for us when we got there we checked in we got the vehicle and everything was great. I definitely recommend them ..

Rented a vehicle for a trip to Louisiana with my family last week, everything was fine. Transaction went smooth, did everything online, reservations , check in . Everything was great up until now ! I just got charged for toll fees on a highway I didn’t even go on. Went to Louisiana(I10 East) all the way and i10 west all the way back. Now they’re saying same plates , passed through 19 tolls in Dallas i35 . So now I’m disputing the transaction, don’t know how I’m going to prove it was not me on those tolls. Just be careful, cause I don’t understand how they have the same plates on another vehicle.

I booked an online reservation, when I arrived (and I was about 30 mins late) Allyson was professional, polite, & courteous. She had me out the door in literally less than 10 mins. The rental was new & clean. Thank you so much for such wonderful customer service!

Professional customer service. The representative in the morning hours to the afternoon representative. I like them. Rent your vechile and bring it back within the contracted time. Call or drop by and let them know of any changes. 5 plus rating.

The lady who works here is very unhelpful and not very empathetic, I understand doing your job but when your entire computer doesn’t follow the same standards as other locations then it cause problems and confusion, last time I rented a car from Avis I provided the exact Same documents and I was sent along my way, Only to be give the worst car on the lot apparently there was a crack in the corner of the windshield and due the weather at that time the crack spread across the entire windshield, back to present circumstances; provide exact same documents and was asked to present a piece of Mail matching my ID now none of this was mentioned during booking or even the last car rental so why would I bring this? Furthermore who just Carry’s around Mail with them ready to present are f’n kidding me. Overall I think I’m good on Avis I’ll go with a more reputable car rental place for now on thanks lady for your service to Avis. Gotta say Customer Service is not your thing.

This Avis is great, I pretty much exclusively rent from them. Almost always have the best price and even when they don't, the service I get from Alison and her team cant be beat. Alison and her team are always helpful, friendly, and get things done!
