Every time I come to this Avis, I get an attitude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. I have to go all the way across town to get a rental vehicle every time due to the bad attitude from this same woman. She talks to people crazy and has terrible customer service. She’s lucky I don’t add her name

I was happy to find a location on my traveling route for a rental car agency without having to go to the airport. My rental cost was reasonable, even though it was a one-way trip. It was actually cheaper to do a one-way trip from Houston to Austin then to pick up at the Austin airport And return there. I was happy with the rental car and the price. I was happy with the car I received, as it had self steering, which was great for a long trip. It integrated the navigation system with my phone, so it was easy to use. It was also very gas efficient.

My company rented a vehicle for me while my personal vehicle was in the shop. We pick up the process with simple. The car was clean. The gas tank was full and the drop off process was even easier. I have no complaints

The experience I receive when I picked up the car was not the experience I received when I was on the phone with them telling them about an issue about me being able to return my car. The associate was very rude, very negative and was trying to rush me off the phone. Even when I return a car I was so devastated that it left me exhausted. Yes I will rent from Avis. Just not from the location off the Northwest freeway

I had a great experience with the 10967 northwest freeway branch in Houston, Ms tundra was wonderful and very helpful, I highly recommend them
