The Service Yesterday was horrible the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, i tried talking to the young lady with the black shades on and sue was literally rude and had music playing while trying to return our car. THE PHONE WAS LOUD WITH HER MUSIC YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER, She had an attitude because i asked about the late charge. I was okay with it but just wanted a better understanding of how much it would be she kept telling me to go to the officeI tried asking for a manager to tell what happened but nobody seemed to know where the manager was. I asked her what was her name & should wouldn’t tell me she walked away she has a red braid ! My experience wasn’t great even to the point of me telling her about how dirty the car was.You made it seem like you weren’t even paying attention to me because the music was so loud on her phone & she was too busy singing.Atleast play like your paying attention. Instead of being rude me & my husband have been w/ the company for 14 years and never had problems. Thank you mis cara for your help but the return girl cant say two words to me again.her service was horrible my husband called the 1800 number to get a copy of the receipt

I was told an amount of 80.29 $ when I made the reservation. The same amount was told when I picked up the car on Sat, March 16, 2024. I filled in the gas full tank and returned the car. The person who checked me out also told me the above amount and it will be sent to my email. To my surprise, the charged me higher than what they promised. About $ 19 dollars more. I would like to be returned this extra amount. Is there a number I can call and make a complaint? please let me know.

If you have questions about your rental, don’t expect to get any answers. The car wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait forever to take the shuttle back to the airport at drop off. The car itself was gorgeous but the service was poor

The staff was extremely helpful. From the airport pickup employees, to the preferred staff also. Very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as time efficient. Very smooth and painless experience

I reserved a vehicle, I stood in line for an hour to get my turn and when I got to the counter they told me that there was no one available and the employees were the worst at treating the customer.

Avis deceptively added fees. I questioned at the time of rental. I was told they were included at no charge. The car was fine. The deception is ridiculous.

I have the reservation costs me $200 but when I got to the counter at the Hobby airport , the agents could not find my reservation in their system although I have a hard copy to show them my reservation with Budget ( note Avis & Budget are same company). The agent made me pay the new price $336.

Amazing staff! So helpful and kind. I originally had reservations with Dollar Rent-A-Car. Our plane arrived at 9:30 PM. Went to take a shuttle over to dollar and it was closed. Tried calling dollar and I was told that I would have to wait until 7 AM in the morning for them to open up. They expected me to wait in the airport all night long for a vehicle. This is not acceptable. I went over to Avis. They put me in a car right away. The staff was so friendly and kind. I couldn’t be any happier.

Very disappointed in this rental.Vehicle I received was an electric car and it wasn’t charged. Had to return it to the rental car location to exchange the vehicle. The next vehicle interior was dirty and smelled like a cigarette. Also the fuel tank was only half a tank.

I am an Avis loyal customer mainly because of their Preferred program. However, my last experience was not the best because I was given a Tesla car with no instructions. Nor did I ask for the Tesla. Avis should not assume that their customers are familiar with Electronic vehicles and maybe assume that customers probably don't want the hassle of finding charging stations in locations where there is unfamiliarity. I will continue to use Avis but never accept a Tesla vehicle.

The pickup experience was prompt and efficient, the car was clean and damage free, although it had 40k plus miles. My Presidents Circle upgrades were applied pre pick up and I was notified via app. The return process was quick, and the shuttle was immediately available. I have been using Avis regularly and will continue to do so.
