Yeli, The young lady was willing to help me very quickly and with a caring demeanor! didn’t have much hope, but she turned the situation around and jumped into action to help me. I wasn't able to rent a car because I didn't have an old-school type credit card jn my name. I could have used one with my moms name as hers was listed on the rental agreement too but she was an hour away at work. Due to this one policy, we were unable to rent the car which I booked thru Uber. I feel like if I have a verified online debit card in my name as well as a secured credit card on top of a verified Uber account used to make the booking I should have been able to get my rental. Because of this we were unable to rent a car that day and were stuck at this shopping center for hours trying to figure out our next best option as my mom was an hour away at work, I had to have a car to pick my daughter up at two and our car was still in the shop. These companies make it ENTIRELY too difficult to rent cars nowadays. My suggestion for anyone needing to rent, just use Turo. Its much simpler and its cheaper.

I had to take a few minutes out my day to leave a review for this young lady. The customer service here is great , she was patient and very helpful with my rental process. This is my second time back at this location, thank you for your help today.

7-24-24 7:35am ....You guys have the sweetest person working here. A Mexican girl with glasses I should have got her name. I had dropped off a car here the day before and I returned it in with her and she was the happiest most confident person I've met in a long time. And I left feeling really good thinking if I ever need a car and I lived in this area I'd definitely rent from her. .....then the next day I realized I had left my work boots in the car so I had to go back the next day. And guess what? She was just as nice and happy as the day before. What a hire??...thank you for the best customer service I've had in years. ?

SANDRA IS AMAZING. Give her a raise or employee of the month or something. I came in at 6 on the dot when closing but she still took care of me without any attitude. And she had a serious but very funny personality. She's infectious. Have a bad experience with Avis but Sandra made it outstanding.

Totalled my truck and mother in law rented us a car from here. Turned it in and ended up stranded because insurance would only rent from Enterprise. Lady at service desk was so kind and compassionate, tried to work a deal with her boss but unfortunately I couldn't afford out of pocket. They allowed me to remain inside the building until a ride came for me, even though they don't do insurance rentals. Nicest people, good service!
