Don’t waste your time/moneyAvis gave me a car with a damaged tireI called in about it and the man obviously didn’t have much info on what to do or didn’t want to help. He suggested I pay to fix the tire (?) he hadn’t checked the car upon checking out with me, just handed me the key (I trusted him)I called customer service and all they did was apologize and transfer me to another department that apologized and told me to call Priceline - who then sent me back to Avis.Rent with enterprise. They won’t give you a run around

A heads up for Uber related customers. The demand for Uber rentals is high and we are always limited with fleet. Unfortunately, just because you have a reservation doesn't mean there is a car available. Please complete your Avis profile in advance! Also, feel free to call the store directly beforehand to make sure you are aware of the qualifications. We really do try to get everyone in a car that completes their profile, sometimes it takes a few days. Patience and persistence help.

The treatment was super bad, zero formal and social education, I made my reservation about 5 or 6 days before for a gas car and when I arrived at the right time the car was not available because according to them they did not have it, they made me wait for a while to tell me that what they had available was an electric car, I don't understand why they do that so why do they give the option to book if they don't respect the right of the citizen, I don't know how Uber is affiliated with this informal company that only made me leave without a car to work and with great disappointment, I hope someone takes disciplinary action with them because they are not doing their job well.

Carlos and the team at the Avis on 59 & Bissonnet are helpful. It was my first Uber-related rental; and, my first electric car rental. Carlos was patient, pleasant, and knowledgable. He stayed well beyond close to assist me, answer my questions, and give me tips & resources. This was my first time using this location and it was a good experience. Highly recommended.

The experience of getting in and out was great. But the car reeked of smoke and wasn't another vehicle available. We had business partners that we had to escort. And they weren't happy at all.

I did a reservation online. I checked and confirmed an hour before I arrived. When I arrived I was told there were no cars available and come back in a few days. Was also told this was a 1st come 1st served basis. The lady at the front desk did not even bother to check or assist. What is the point in having a reservation? 12156200US0

Claim to be a low-budget service and it is not. They charge me over $191 per day for camry. They told me they will provide me with the receipt from the email but it is not. This is the last time rent stupid services. The worst customer service ever. Stay away from a false claim budget because you get what you paid. They will never treat you with respect as it is a low service.
