Its been a week and I still haven't received my deposit. Why hold someone deposit for so long the car was returned with no problems. I give them a 2 star because the young lady who checked me in was polite.

Service has always been friendly, but often slow, considering it's a small usually only 2-person location. They often seem to be short on cars or waiting for them to come in and then quickly cleaning them out for a fast turnaround. Most cars I've gotten have been decent, but not always perfectly clean. Considering the size of the location and the staff, I guess you can't expect too much. The lobby is small with a few chairs on each side, but even the chairs and floors, the day I went, could use some cleaning. Just don't be in a hurry when visiting this location.

alfreida porter is the worst employee ever she lied initially saying my license wasnt valid when it clearly was and after told me that my debit card credit score isn't good enough ! This is absurd and deserve better customer service

Made a reservation for 1 pm just for them to tell me that my reservation will not be honored and they can put me in a larger car for more money I specifically made a reservation with an employee and manager at the airport location verified all required info was told I don't need a major credit for a 1 day rental .... Got there to pick up rental no help smh very disappointed will never use or deal with Avis again !!! All employees need to be on the same page !

Charged 3 days rental for a car rented for less than a day. Had to escalate to a third party to help fight for the $450 over charge. Their customer service was terrible, it took hours of my time dealing with them and repeating myself over and over. Still have not settled the problem weeks later.Seems to be a recurring scam at this location. Read a few more reviews below.

The front counter attendant (Alfredia Porter) at 15135 IH 45 North, Houston, Tx 77090, was very helpful & very professional! The front lobby, and the vehicles were presentable, neat, & clean. It was a pleasure working with her, I couldn'tve been more happier!?

It is hard to get through to this location. I can contact every location but this one.First I came to bring a car back and was charged a extra day because no one was in the office. They were outside dealing with cars.I have reserved another rental and have been calling to see if I can pick up at later date even though I already prepaid. But no one is answering. Things and life happens I understand but what is the point of a phone at the business if it is not getting answered

One of the worst Budgets I've been to, was told they were going to go fill the car up with gas, and he would be back in 10 minutes, 30 minutes went by and came and he still isn't back from filling the car up. I hope he's having one of those Ferris Buller scenes where he takes the car joy riding on my dime. Hopefully he's doing some sick a** tails spins as I wait. Going on 40min now.

Had a reservation and the line was so long but the attendant lady was diligent and attentive to each customer that the line moved quickly. She really did an amazing job at handling all the customers. She kept her cool and didn't let the rush stress her.

I lost my driver's license at the airport so they wouldn't let me rent my car that I prepaid for. Leaving my 4 kids and I stranded at midnight. No license while frustrating I somewhat understand. I did rent at this same location 3 weeks ago and you have all of my information on file. I am now trying to get my money back and I spoke with a person at the bush airport location and the spring, TX location who informed me they couldn't help and I had to call the 1-800 number. I've called over and over and when the computer says it's transferring me to an agent it hangs up.
