I thought I had a very good experience in this place, but I was disappointed when they promised to balance the 4 wheels and they only did it with the front ones. When I ran on the freeway, the car had a vibration, I had to return to have them balance them and the boy I assumed they were my wheels (maybe a little damaged yes) but they did not vibrate before installing the new tires. They decided to balance them and I ran on the freeway again and they no longer vibrated. The point is that you should always balance all 4 wheels because when you do your rotation you are going to have serious problems. They could have gotten 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but they only got 1⭐️ (make sure all 4 of your tires are balanced)

10 minutes before closing I called with a nail in my tire. I am due to travel a few hours the next morning. I was 5 min away from the location. I could hear the clean up in preparation to go home - it is the Friday before Christmas. I heard only a slight hesitation on the call about how far out I was from the location, then a yes, ma’am- come on- we will take care of you, I showed up with 6 guys ready to help, they moved like a choreographed dance doing so in sync with their tasks. All kind, helpful and making sure I was safe on my drive. I’ve come here a few times before and Phillip the mgr leads the way with good. I wish I had my baked goods to leave behind as an extra thank you. But I promised to come back for a formal thank you giving me that peace of mind. Not only did they take me in a minute before closing, but extra checked everything and got me out the door in 20 min. Everyone of those guys were greased up from a log hard day of work- easily you could tell/ but all of them had a kindness and even one guy was singing while he mopped and swept the floors up to leave the space nice for the next morning. Service is the difference between a good business and bad. They excelled tonight! Thank you!

Do not go here. I work not far from this tire shop and live on the opposite side of town. My tire dropped to a low PSI and figured that a nail or screw is in my tire and needed to get a patch in. This location said they close at 7pm however they closed at 6:15. I pleaded with the man to please help me with a patch and refused to help me even though their hours are until 7pm. I’m furious because I’m just wanting my tire fixed and go home. Luckily, Hammerly Tires & Wheel center assisted me and I’ll be giving them my business and other people their business for now on
