This organization is amazing and my case worker Ms. Caioppo is a total angel on earth and so professional. I am a veteran and became sick this past summer and fell beind on my rent. They helped me catch up and I am so grateful. Thank you BakerRipley!!

This isn’t a community help center. Should have been open as a cooling center for the community. Just employees hiding in the building, not helping anyone.

Bakers ripley is not a good fit for low income seniors, that have problems paying their electric bill. Can't get ,won't answer the phone. I have been calling them since January when I submitted my first application. Submitted a second application. I have received three shut off notice from my energy company. Just received a fourth bill this week. This is going into the fourth month. I really need help with my bill,or a notice information me that they have received my application. 10335 old bammel north Houston rd. Houston Texas. 77086. Apt.2201. Thank you. Annie Boyd.

You know... I've been waiting for RENTAL ASSISTANCE OR UTILITY ASSISTANCE 4 years. I'm told to put in a new application because you need it in updated paper that was what, made in the current year.You think my needs changed drastically because you celebrated NEW YEARS?The only thing that changed was the price of eggs. It tripled!!!!!My income did not change, my mental health did not improve, my facing eviction did not stop, and I continued to work, I even changed my underwear.But if you don't have the funding to help with the needs of the community, then why are we paying you. That's a lot of profit, for a non-profit.Does this constitute an EMERGENCY NEED FOR A HOMELESS MOTHER AND 4 CHILDREN?Any guidance or assistance at this time, would be helpful. Actually, no...I need help not another number or agency to call.

I have been trying to contact Baker Ripley for over to weeks , the calls keep saying a high volume of schools even as early as 8:00am! Not Sure what's going on but I need help!!

i was reading the reviews before starting to put my application seeing these review should i put in my application or not it making me scare to do all this paper work just get denied . These people really need threre help you dont even what this person is going thru.
