Terrible service and the locksmiths are not too knowledgeable. And honestly I'm Hispanic and I think these dudes are racist and unprofessional. Which is sad for a locksmith company. Pop A Lock helped out way better then them.

I recently reached out to Bakers Safe & Lock Company when my gun safe encountered a mechanical issue, preventing me from opening it. Baker responded promptly, sending an incredibly skilled and courteous technician to address the problem. The overall professionalism and outstanding customer service of this company are noteworthy. Additionally, I appreciate their law enforcement-friendly approach. Highly recommend Baker Lock Company for their expertise and top-notch service.

Called and spoke to Richard at length about a liberty safe that I had lost the key in combination to he went over all the details with me, gave me multiple options in cost upfront. They’re very easy to do business with highly recommend.

I WAITED ON THE SERVICE GUY HE FINALLY PULLED UP IN HIS VAN WAS VERY RUDE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS HAVING A GOOD DAY AND HIS REMARK WAS VERY NASTY UPON NOT COMPLETING THE WORK HE JUST LEFT I CALLED THE OFFICE NO ONE ANSWERED I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE USED IF YOU WANTED A PROFESSIONAL JOB
