Cassandra is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient. As a first-time homebuyer, it was important to have a lender with these qualities. I never felt hesitant or afraid to ask Cassandra my questions. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cassandra wanted to find me the best rate, answer all my questions, and address my concerns. Unlike some lenders, Cassandra welcomed all questions and did not seem burdened by them. Cassandra's team was also very helpful. They provided friendly reminders when they needed documents and ensured that the process was moving forward. I will be recommending Cassandra and her team to everyone who is searching for a lender.

Horrible. They are currently servicing my loan (not by choice). Ever since the merger between them and SouthBanc Corp happened I have not been able to pay online. I called in January to find out why and they said I had to request to add an account, so we did that. Nothing was ever done and I’ve just been writing checks since. Well I realized I made a mistake with the check for this month’s mortgage. I wrote the numerical portion correct but left out the $500 from the written portion. I went online to see if I could pay difference today. Nope still can’t. I poked around and could see the request In January to have an account added in the messages. I requested again. I then called to ask for help and tell what happen. The rep attempts to guide me through website to request to add account. I told her I already did this in January and today before calling. She doesn’t know why that is and didn’t offer any solutions and was slightly rude. I just paid the difference over the phone. My mortgage has been switched to different banks multiple times over the last 13 years and I have NEVER had this issue. I don’t know why they make this so difficult

He informed us of any assistance we qualified for which made things so smooth and kept us in the loop of anything we may need.
