Potential customer. I visited this location: 9006 W Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston, TX 77064. This bank was unhelpful and unwelcoming as they require you to wait in a lobby for an associate for an unpredictable amount of time. Small lobby from the clients perspective. Not the experience I was hoping for. They should create a more inviting atmosphere, hire additional bankers, and/or work on reducing the time it takes to get tasks completed. ATM's are nice, but the client experience comes first. I will look elsewhere for my business needs.

The atm is always down which is an inconvenience based on its location. Imagine spending 20 minutes trying to get into the location only to see them doing maintenance on it.

Just go somewhere else because it's understaffed and they will take forever and after all they won't know what is going on. I simply asked if my foreign currency is to arrive at 4:30 and lobby closes at 4:00 when would it get delivered. They didn't even know they get foreign currency and they didn't know what the holiday hours are. By the way I waited 45 minutes in line to hear that response. I feel bad because it's only one bank teller. They need more people and people who actually know what they offer.
