We had a great experience here. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The wait time could be a little bit longer during busy hours. However, as far as I can tell, most staff members took the time to listen to and help customers to the best of their abilities.

We make appointment, get great service. So far so good, they've helped my wife get a bank account, credit card, and anything else we need. Mason H helped us the second time, great customer service. Happy to have this bank serve the family
