I personally enjoy banking at this Financial Center. The staff have always been pleasant and I rarely have to wait for assistance. I have had documents Notarized and even required a Medallion Stamp that was handled professionally and timely... and the Branch Manager is usually the one that greets you when you enter.

Folks go out of their way no to provide service. After waiting 40 minutes they just tell you that you should call a phone number and say they can’t do anything for you . Terrible service

First time visiting this branch, Monday morning, line at the tellers window only one person working there, counted about three other staff just walking around. When I was done at the tellers and needed assistance of banker to open an account, spend half an hour in a lobby, but no one is around, apparently all staff decided to take lunch break at the same time at the back room. Obviously after having this experience will not be opening an account.

I really do miss this branch. I know the manager and the banking staff by name . They were very helpful . Excellent and fast service . I hope the branch will reopen .

Terrible service. Came in and sat I'm welcome area. There were three people in there offices just looking at me. No one even bother to welcome me or to ask if I needed assistance. Guess it was someone else's job! Hate to do this but the guy sitting up front who ended up assisting me was of the same guy who looked at me and then put his head down. Good customer service is hard... to find and provide I guess. After going to the teller window I was assisted by the very same guy who initially didn't acknowledge my presence. If not for the business necessity I would've left with out a second thought. Hey Bank of America! Can you please get your people trained in how to participate in a successful business and provide the basics in customer service please! The teller was very nice and helpful. Once in his office the gentleman was very helpful. But the mood was already set...

It's sad I don't like to come at this location than Kirby, both are on the edge of my neighborhood. But this location has less professionals that really work. They're chitchats laughters just don't give a s*** of all us in line. I felt like I'm in Walmart on S.rice, those ppl own the store. Yet they couldn't help you with any auto loan even. Too bad.

The place weird to charged $15 for cashier check but didn’t refund when I return the it. $15 is way too much fee for business account. I will close account on this bank and never ever come back. BBVA Compass didn’t charge me any fee on cashier check.

Lately a Relationship Banker in the Bank of America West University helped my wife to change the form of her name with her Bank of America accounts. She patiently explained Bank of America's policies and procedures, carefully handled my wife's multiple accounts in a rather organized way, and finally inspected them page by page, line by line--to make sure there was no mistake. We very much appreciate her outstanding aptitude and work ethic.

Always well well kept with knowledgeable and friendly employees. They also treat my kids like gold when they come in to deposit their birthday, etc. Money. Great place.
