I was visiting Houston, and since I was not familiar with certain areas where we needed to be careful using a debit card at the gas station. My card was abused, and I l was going to be there one more week, so I googled the Bank of America branch and went there for help during these frustrated moments. BOA send me a digital copy, but I want to ensure how to use it at the ATM for the rest of the week. I was very upset and sad about the situation because never happened before to me. I walked in and, at the counter entrance, tried to listen to my half story and took me to Ms Perla. Ms. Perla was not happy to see a worried, upset 35 years loyal customer with Bank of America, and without any smile or welcome, she said a few things like hello, dumb customer, what did you do? She was totally disturbed by my walk-in, and during the conversation, she started working with another customer's ID given by the front area person who knew she was with the customer. She told me to let us go outside (112 degrees) ATM, and she could help me with a digital card. Now I am in the lobby area, and guess what? She went to another customer (she was very nice to him) and started helping him. I said excuse me, and I am waiting here, she turned back to one colleague and spoke loudly so everyone could hear, "Can someone help her." she took another customer to her room with a smile. Now I don't live in Houston, but I was totally shocked by her arrogance and attitude on this branch. Here I was, the one who was upset and worried about card abuse. The other guy came to try to apologize on her behalf, but there was no excuse for how she treated me. No wonder this branch has a few bad reviews. So avoid it if you can, but again I saw her being friendly with another name customer.

I had the worst experience at this branch. They deposited my money to someone else’s account. I checked my BOA App later on and still didn’t see the transaction shown in my account. I had to make an additional trip back to that branch and let them correct the mistake. Unfortunately, they still messed up my money order that I deposited during the same transaction. They bounced the money order I received from my tenant. I called the fraud department and questioned how in the world the money order can be bounced? the first guy said it was possible. But he told me there was nothing he can do at the moment. I had to make another phone call and told the guy I was with my tenant when he bought the money order. And I have never had any problem to deposit his money order to my WF bank account. Why this time I deposit his money order to BOA account and BIA bounced his check?? Finally the guy created a case number and problem solved after 30 days. BOA, your service SUCKS!!

Decent! But the drive thru atm doesn't work like they don't accept Apple payment so I had to go to the walk in atm.. they need to fix it.

This place is the absolute worst place to do any financial business. The employees are lazy disrespectful and downright rude. Their hours constantly change and are very self serving to only the employees of this branch. They could be standing there doing nothing but yet you still have to have an appointment. They have gotten so ridiculous with their Covid protocol that they don’t help and refuse to help anyone.I have been to this location for damn near 20 years. I started my account well over 30 years ago in San Antonio. I have been a loyal customer and I have never seen such disrespect for the public. The only thing convenient about this branch is its location. What a waste.

I lost my credit card because the employees at this branch don't know what they are doing or how their own system works. Shady Abdallah, failed to add my document to my account properly and it was never received by the bank. And the delay caused my this mistake cause my credit card to be closed.

This is the best bank I’ve been too. My card info was stolen and I went to a different bank for help and they were 1. Super rude 2. Did not help and 3. Said that they wanted nothing to do with it and that I had to call. When I went to this bank I was honestly loosing hope because I’ve been going through so much and no bank was helping. However this bank solved my problem right away and they were super kind and told me exactly what to do and guided me through it. And a special thank you to Shady for being so helpful!

This has been my bank since it started in this location and I have been banking with this institution since 1980s. But first time, I am compelled to write this opinion. They had a covid case and closed down the bank completely. This is in May 2021---when most folks have been vaccinated. They do not have a date when they will reopen. I needed to get into the safe deposit box, they asked me to e mail, but of course no one is replying to that e mail. I really dont think it is safe to have a safe deposit box here, if they are going to close indefinitely on a whim.

Stopped by this morning hoping to open a standard personal checking account. Wasn't greeted. Once a teller(Annette)eventually saw me immediately apologized and directed me too another teller(Erica). She then proceeded to ask me for identification, which I provided (Id), then was asked for secondary identification(debit card) which I had left in vehicle. Was told from Erica I didn't need but I insisted, to speed things up. After I presented secondary id I was then asked, do you have your social security number? I then replied yes. Expecting to proceed she then argued, she wants to physically see my social security, was even asked if I had a picture, which I then showed. I then asked to mutually see monitor where my vital info was being stored, she then denied me, and rudely demanded to see my social security number vividly. I then asked am I not able to enter my social security number on my end, and was immediately denied(never had this issue w any other financial institute). I then asked for further assistance, which was(Annette) supposedly manager who had no SOLUTION. Made me very uncomfortable. (Erica),(Annette) planned on comprising my vital information honestly. Who store's customers vital information, and when asked to mutually review info and follow along on monitor, excessively denied. I just wanted to establish a good relationship with BOA. I feel violated as a customer. This isn't regular protocol. I have footage as well. Even asked to see terms and conditions and requirements to open account, was then denied and told they don't have to show customers. Which is odd.

The worst branch I had even meet in the area. Worthless incompetent staff. Initially the have declined to assist me in my case, when after trying unsuccessfully to solve my case (the staff is not open mind, means not out-of-box) game me fillings that I am not valuable customer. They had convinced me that my case insoluble. In fact, using online support, the solution was found and case was solved.
