Thieves. If you pay for something but want a refund, the merchant will refund you. Bank of America removes the charge from spending history and never credits your account. It’s as of the charge never happened and boa takes your refund for themselves. The refund will never be credited on your account

This garage closes early and won’t let anyone leave without sneaking into the garage. Then when you try to pay your fee, THEY DON’T ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT DEBIT CARDS. That’s absurd!!!!!

Bank of America is terrible. They have locations that are just ATM centers. The Bank Downtown has no parking, no information on the parking and no one is available. How do they have any business at this location? I am so glad I canceled my account at this bank. Just a waste of time looking for locations.
