Belinda provided poor customer service. I reported fraud on my account Thursday, and the scammer hacked my account this morning. Belinda asked me, did I owe the company. She did not resolve my issue at all. I drove to another Bank of America near Willowbrook, and received the best customer service.Poor customer service.I have been with Bank of America since 2011.I will be leaving. Especially, if you treat your customer this way.
