I have been standing in the bank line for more than 10 minutes while some guy does a complicated transaction. WITH ONE TELLER. as I am here there are now 5 of us waiting. No one seems to care that we are here to do business and our time is not respected. This is ridiculous.

Louis and Rebecca were helpful and very nice/polite. They were pretty busy, so I waited about 20m to open a checking account. Then, Louis set up the account in about 20m. So overall, it was a good experience, and I was out of there under an hour.

If there ever was a bank worth of zero, this is the one. Horrible customer service, rude voice support at the Richmond branch. Arbitrary and ridiculous processes for everything. They wouldn't give me a credit card even after banking with them and outting hundreds of thousands through the my business account... But they gave one to my wife, who had no job and was using my money. Messed up transactions, slow crediting of deposited checks, you name it, we've experienced it. Staff seemingly rotate randomly so you never get to know your bankers. The final straw came with their processing of PPP. After requesting multiple additional pieces of information, some of which they already had, they changed my loan amount from $24000 to $1600. Not enough to keep my business afloat. I was so angry I called the local branch and asked how I close all my accounts with BOA... Rebecca answered the phone and gave an uncaring "you can do it online".. No "what's wrong? How can I help?" this shows the total lack of customer touch at BOA. Im now at Frost Bank and I look forward to a much better banker relationship... They seem friendly and competent. Even an old mattress is better than using Bank of America.

You could have good experiences here but I wouldn't Bank on it. Right across from where we eat salad all the time, you'll find this Bank of America, which I've used couple of times for cash in a pinch, and also when I was thinking of switching over from my New York bank - but I'll tell you, they like to nickel-and-dime here as well just like they do at M&T, and after doing my due diligence I realized they're just as bad, if not worse. And so I decided against it.

Been waiting in line to get some cash out for over 20 minutes. I've been the next in line since I got here at 1:10. Only one teller in the bank that can give you cash but several other bank employees standing waiting to help somebody but they can't give cash. I left after waiting over 20 minutes, not willing to wait for the other person to come back from lunch. Do not go to this location, wish I could give zero stars.

Terrible location. You will always see 3-4 associates standing around but only 1 teller working. Don't use this location unless you have time to waste, because they will waste your time.

Awful. Right when you walk in, an annoying woman tries to interfere with you. If you want to stand in line, she comes up to you and tries to get you to use the machine. It's my choice. I would not recommend this location or the Bank of America at 4301 San Felipe. They're identical in how they annoy customers and don't let you do what you want. They try to divert you right when you walk in the door. They hassle you the second you walk in.

Really and truly enjoy the bank, I tell everyone I know how great this bank is and their AP is truly efficient. I enjoy their uptodate service and the speed in which the lobby lines move is impeccable.

Almost always a long line with only one to at max two people to help. Today was a Friday which obviously is a pay day for people based on the line. Only one teller here for a line of 7+ people. I had time to leave this review while standing in line and check plenty of emails. Just put a sign up that says " We really don't want you to bank here". Definitely a reason to close my account. This is consistently a problem at this branch. None of the other employees even speak while they pass by or apologize for the inconvenience

Lazy ppl, they were just there talking and laughing but when i walked in they said they were busy that they couldn't help me that I needed to make an appointment

I have dealt with this Branch several times they are as efficient and polite as can be. Some times there is a short wait never more than 15-20 minutes and that is very rare. I just felt obligated to let them know there services are appreciated .

Should be a negative amount in the zeros ! They NEVER have the drive through open and inside one - two tellers. Drive through closed permanently. Horrible service.

Needed to open a checking account and they made me wait 25 mins in an office, finally had to ask to get my ID back, there goes my lunch hour
