Horrible attitude from associate at the door. On a Friday during lunch time only one person working!!! This is absolutely crazy. With reduced hours it more inconvenient to go to the bank. Should have ATM service for cashier's checks

It is always very difficult to deposit checks as no drive-through, only one teller working. I was there to deposit checks in somebody's account.

I don't have BofA account. I was here to cash a check. They have extreme CoVid pandemic restriction. Everyone has to stand on the stupid red square. They are about 5 to 8 feet apart. Strange thing is... mask was required but not enforced. These are just my initial observations. Think outside of pandemic protocols. I was here before 12 noon. I walked to line up behind someone. Then, a man tapped my shoulder to say the line is over there. I thought he was an employee to tell me to ask someone at the counter. There were several employees at the booth looking counter, chit chatting. Ok. I have to wait for a bank teller to cash the check. So I was directed to the last marker. That was my second observation of their disorganization. I wonder why there was only one bank teller during lunch rush hour. Which bank does this to customers? When I get to talk to that lonely teller, it was already time to go back to work. I was shocked to hear there was a $8 fee to cash a check if I'm not a BofA customer. Ok. I asked teller to tell me if this checking account has find to cover the amount. It didn't take him any time to tell me "oh yeah. They got money" with a surprisingly happy grin. That gave a clue the person wrote the check is extremely rich, like they shower with gold coins. What a joke. I waste 40 minutes of my life to decide never bank at this place or even set foot inside again.

I recently decided to pay down my balance on my Platinum Bank of America Visa credit card that I've had since 2007. My available credit line was $3,500 and I had carried a balance on it for years that I was slowly paying off. I decided to make a $1,500 payment reducing what was owed on the card down to less than $800. Guess what happened? The very next day Bank of America did a "Periodic review of my credit" and decided to reduce my credit line down to $800!!! What's worse is they didn't even notify me! When I questioned it customer service and the supervisor said that my credit wasn't good enough for the credit line I had. But I have the best credit I've had in years! They spun lines of BS and tried to tell me that the "periodic review" had nothing to do with me paying my card down and that they had no intention of fixing the issue, ever. So what's really happening? Bank of America is doing something known as "chasing the balance" in order to increase their profits. Now if I don't make a large enough payment I'll be over my credit line and be subject to fees. If I make to big of a payment they'll reduce my credit line even further! If you want to be able to use your credit card and pay off the balance eventually, stay away from Bank of America! -Unethical Business Practices. -Lying Customer Service Center -Terrible Treatment of Long Term Customers BEWARE: Stay clear of Bank of America Credit Cards!

Avoid going inside ... long waits. I've been to a hand full of branches over the years and this one seems to always be a longer wait than others. I'm not sure if the people behind the counter are just slow or what. Seems that priority is given to drive through costumers instead of us standing in line. Makes me want to avoid the bank.
