Came in to make a withdrawal of $2,000 for a business expense. Brought 2 forms of ID and my bank of america card. Refused to allow me to make my withdrawal because I “didn’t have an ID on file” when their system has all my info that matches my 2 forms of photo ID. Their lobby is also notoriously understaffed and any minor service will take over an hour.If you are looking for options for a business account, choose literally anybody other than bank of America.

Ive called over and over and over sometimes even waited 15 minutes hoping someone would answer but this location refuses to acknowledge that their phone is ringing.

Worst service with this bank, when I went there few days ago for some service. The lady who was helping me out she ask for it my debit card and my drivers license during my visit, her name was Maria. but she never gave me back my license and my debit card, and I ask them but no answers from the personnel so basically they lost my credentials. Bad service at all.

OMG not again , There's always only 1 teller with a long line. Everyone knows this is a busy location and for months maybe even a year or 2 it seems BANK OF AMERICA is clearly not getting the message to meet customers needs. ?

Only 1 very friendly teller. No drive through teller as stated on the website. During covid it just doesn't make sense not to have the drive through teller. Other banks have this option. Why haven't the bank fees been reduced since the services have gone down?I am a business and online banking won't help. I am forced to go inside.

Reason for 1 star is the speed of service at this location is horrible but I have no choice but to come here because it's close by. There is always a line out the door and it's cause they need a min of to tellers at all times. Always just 1 very frustrating and when I spoke to branch manager he said sorry we know this . But that's not good enough it's been like this before covid

Worse place everLong wait time, one cashier for the whole bank it was crazy, I am closing my bank accounts soon, bad customer services, i was needing to cash the check the is the only reason I went in other wise I can use the atm
