They never answer the phone and neither do other locations. I needed to find out if they had a safety deposit box available since the branch closes to me did not have any available. BofA expects me to go all over town trying to find which one of their branches has an available box. As soon as I get a chance they are going to loose over $100K in my savings deposit for which they pay very little in interest. Lousy customer relations.

Thank you all. I visited this branch today and there were excellent services in terms of explanation and clarification of matters. There is a person named ROBERT ROSENBAUM who was very cooperative with me in providing advice and assistance in choosing the most appropriate one.

The front person is helpful that provides guidance to the services that you need. Although they might be busy from time to time it's better to make an appointment if you need banker's assistance. Thanks for Franklin's help and detail advices appreciated your help!

Came in because I've never had an issue getting documents notarized at Bank of America. From the moment I was called upon from the waiting area to be assisted and found out there were documents to be notarized the lady helping me said I needed to make an appointment. Then she said the signature paper and document have to be on the same page. It's not my fault the document is long and the signature goes to the next page. Nonetheless even if what she is saying is accurate, her attitude came across as unhelpful and ready to make excuses so she can go on with her day. Never been treated like this at BOA.

This bank center has the worst costumer service, they never have enough employees to help & ATM never work. Always an issue @ this bank center.Worst for business owners!
