The bank had the safest location in Houston with HPD right next door, so customer never have to worry about getting robbed. The young lady at the counter helped a customer withdraw without a card and even learn about digital cards. Rehana provided outstanding customer service, went above and beyond to help find the perfect credit card, and made the experience amazing. Isabella Amaya and the receptionist welcomed me with dedication, kindness and a genuine focus, made me feel valued and impressed.

A big line only 3 cashiers and they close 1 only left 2 seen the big line. Just do your business on another sucursal or establishment pls has 7 cashiers 24/7
