Ms. Edna was phenomenal! She is very cheerful and polite. She is always smiling and interacting with all the customers. Oh, did I say very helpful as well. Also, Mina he made sure to take the time and help me greatly, and I can't help but say what a great experience I had today. Bank of America take notes and keep them two at any cost because it's very hard to find such great employees.

Thank you Yvonne (Westheimer branch) for referring us to this location. Ms. Edna greeted us with a huge smile! She was very upbeat, attentive and gave us superb customer service! Myleny did an awesome job! She was professional, helpful and very informative. Makema addressed our concerns and was very warm and friendly. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!!

I want to thank Mrs.Moore the manger she was so helpful. This was one of the best BOA I been to in a long time. Great customer service. Everyone greeted us as we walked in with smiles. Mina was very patient and nice. Myleny also opened an account for me Customer Service was top tier. Thanks you Everyone this is now my home bank.

Myleny Gonzales is the best. She helped me solve my problem in 2 minutes and it was after 4:00 pm.... I had already had 3 weeks with 2 cards that they had sent me and I needed to activate she helped me...by phone customer service never they could help me...

Needed to take Power of attorney and teller stated needed to bring in bank account holder.. who is in the hospital. She said sorry.
Then went back because another BOA manager stated should go back to talk to manager.
Went back and asked for manager and its as if all representatives just disappeared. After 20 minutes left.
Also then appointments seem to be Blocked out for weeks! Terrible service

What has happened to this bank? Been a customer 25 years & appalled at the deterioration of the level of service. I went in the Lobby to add a another signer to a Ckg. Acct., they told me it would be an HOUR wait!...said they had 2 people waiting ahead of me. Time to change banks!

Long wait times, always short staff. I avoid this location when at all possible. It's actually faster for me to drive to another location even though this one is literally down the street.

Zero Stars. Potential customer. I visited this location: 9006 W Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston, TX 77064. This bank was unhelpful and unwelcoming as they require you to wait in a lobby for an associate for an unpredictable amount of time. Small lobby from the clients perspective. Not the experience I was hoping for. They should create a more inviting atmosphere, hire additional bankers, and/or work on reducing the time it takes to get tasks completed. ATM’s are nice, but the client experience comes first. I will look elsewhere for my business needs.

I really liked coming to this bank everything would go quick until I came today and was in line I got out to get something from my car and the lady with long hair closed the door and ignored me and wouldn't let me back in just because it was 4 when I was already inside

Without a doubt one of the worst banks in terms of customer service, only one open box and many people, the staff is very unprofessional, there are always long lines and very bad customer service, they are very racist for not having representatives who speak Spanish
