What has happened to this bank? Been a customer 25 years & appalled at the deterioration of the level of service. I went in the Lobby to add a another signer to a Ckg. Acct., they told me it would be an HOUR wait!...said they had 2 people waiting ahead of me. Time to change banks!

Long wait times, always short staff. I avoid this location when at all possible. It's actually faster for me to drive to another location even though this one is literally down the street.

Zero Stars. Potential customer. I visited this location: 9006 W Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston, TX 77064. This bank was unhelpful and unwelcoming as they require you to wait in a lobby for an associate for an unpredictable amount of time. Small lobby from the clients perspective. Not the experience I was hoping for. They should create a more inviting atmosphere, hire additional bankers, and/or work on reducing the time it takes to get tasks completed. ATM’s are nice, but the client experience comes first. I will look elsewhere for my business needs.

I took my sister to this branch today because her credit card account was flagged and we needed the help from a bank associate. It was short staffed today, but Prerna went out of her way to help us, while still helping the customers that kept coming in. She was very friendly, super professional, and she managed the situation very well. Job well done!!!

If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would have chose. Seems to be that there’s only one teller working daily. So waiting times are 25min plus it seems.

I needed a letter notarized to be able to register my daughter to go to school (address affidavit) I had gone in with my mom on a Wednesday and explained what I needed done, the woman attending, told me I actually needed an appointment; so she scheduled me for the following day. I walk in for my appointment and I am now told they are unable to notarize the letter since I am the only one with a BOFA account and since my mom does not have a BoFA account they cant help me. At this point im furious. why? well they made me waste my time when this could have been informed to me the day of my appt being scheduled; I could have scheduled elsewhere. The lady that scheduled me only asked If I had a bofa account even though I explained what I needed she never informed me otherwise. I needed this letter to register my daughter into school and it was the last day to do this. so now im rushing trying to find somewhere else to go. I also bank with chase and I have gotten this letter notorized with my mom before for another child of mine.(she does not bank with chase either) I should have just gone with chase since I never have issues with them. I only bank with BOFA since my husband added me to his account.

Wished I could give Bank of America zero stars. Since the pandemic, they’ve closed at 4 pm. Now that everything is back to normal they’re still closing at 4 pm.

I really liked coming to this bank everything would go quick until I came today and was in line I got out to get something from my car and the lady with long hair closed the door and ignored me and wouldn't let me back in just because it was 4 when I was already inside

The atm is always down which is an inconvenience based on its location. Imagine spending 20 minutes trying to get into the location only to see them doing maintenance on it.

Just go somewhere else because it's understaffed and they will take forever and after all they won't know what is going on. I simply asked if my foreign currency is to arrive at 4:30 and lobby closes at 4:00 when would it get delivered. They didn't even know they get foreign currency and they didn't know what the holiday hours are. By the way I waited 45 minutes in line to hear that response. I feel bad because it's only one bank teller. They need more people and people who actually know what they offer.

Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location all together. I was told to use their app to schedule an appointment with them. This location closes at 4, I showed up at 3 and was told there wasn't enough time to see me. Their system was down...

Waited 1.5 hours to do an simple wire at this location, this is the last straw. Preferred business platinum honors, 2 biz accounts, 1 personal checking, been with BoA for 20+ years. Looking for a new bank now!

I am a very long time customer of BOA with significant accounts, both personal and business. I was very disappointed with the lack of service at this branch. One teller who was unable to properly communicate with me and her manager who made no effort to assist me with a problem that is a BOA error! She was very dismissive. I won't be back.
