Terrible location, especially with Wanda, who does not deliver good customer service. Wanda should just go home at 4:59 pm everyday. Do not do business with this location until they learn customer service. Manager here needs training on caring for customers, and bedside manners, Try a different location or different bank. Do not go here.

Horrible I will never do business with the bank ever again.. customer service is trash to not be respectful and service customers that’s there when they never even have a line of people is outrageous to me. I DONT RECOMMEND zaquanda or this bank at all!!

Do not bank here . Service has gone from bad to the worst for get about having a working debit card . I called customer service 3 times to get a new debit card 30 days latter still no replacement card.

Terrible experience; will never be back at this location! They will tell you they have the debit card making device, but then make you have it mailed to your address once you get there. Wouldn’t have been a problem if I had a car, but I recently got into a wreck and was relying on Uber. Don’t waste your time OR money!

I have banked here for 19 years, and have always liked that it is a smaller bank that had less bureaucracy than large ones like. Unfortunately they have gone downhill in recent years. I have had multiple disappointing interactions, from taking 60 minutes to open a basic account (on more than one occasion), to a total lack of care or help when trying to recover funds stolen by fraudulent checks. Every time I come in the bank, I don't understand what the banker is doing, endlessly clicking away on the computer for an hour, to do a simple be change, or open a savings account for my child. They also seem bewildered by anything "out of the ordinary", such as sending an international wire.

I have banked here at the Bellaire branch for many years. There is a small town, "everyone knows you" feel. The faces and names remain the same for many working here over the years and they go the extra mile to help you out Very patient and helpful. The lines are not long and you don't have to "take a number" to wait in line. They are a comfortable, helping, friendly, go the extra mile bank and they have been very gracious to me and my family on many occasions over the years

Mitzy and Carlos are top notch. Kenneth and Lauren give this bank a really bad name. We moved over one business account to try them out. Carlos signed us up but Lauren and Kenneth just about lost our business. If it wasn't for Ricardo at their 290 location we would not be with Bank of Texas. We ended up bringing over three additional accounts because of his excellence. Although I live in the area I will most likely make the trek to 290 now on to deal with them.
