Went thru to use the drive through for the 5th time in near 2yrs and the ATM simply does not work. That's OK, I learned that 7 Eleven's cater to Capital One cards!

bad service I needed to open a checking account I did not help myself because I did not have an appointment. I made an appointment and they demanded up to me. death certificate after making the second round after the appointment. they tell me that. I couldn't open an account. it was easier to tell from the start. not. and not asher. to the people. wasting time

Yvonne is amazing!!! She helped me open a new account and I really like this bank. The app is great and you can deposit checks on it.

Awesome small towne bank. The tellers are very nice and are always happy. Sadly because of public safety this is not my real name.

A little frustrated with this bank. I don't bank with this particular bank, but received a $28 check as a refund from my electric provider, I go to this bank because that's where the check is drawn from to cash that they want to charge me $6 on a $28 check, I understand most banks do this. I just think in this current time. They should waive those fees, I'm currently unable to work because of the coronavirus. So I need every little bit that I can get, and charging someone $6 on a $28 check as a little ridiculous especially during this time.
