Last visit was strange. Business just opened up the lobby, but the drive-thru was closed.

I swear this bank is going out of business & stealing my money. Suddenly overnight I have an unexplained $421.58 difference. There are no representatives inside the bank and every charge listed was already deducted. Even the drive thru print out doesn't make sense and nobody can explain this to me. I didn't use my card or post a check in several days & once again, everything I did was deducted the day I did it.

I had to close and open a new account. But, I needed to remove my mother. I needed a copy of her Death Certificate, which I didn't have with me. Ms. Keesha Brownlee was assisting me, and was leaving in 10 minutes. She said,"If you live close by, I'll wait for you to return with your mother's Death Certificate." It really means a lot that she offered to stay a little late.
