Ms.Zuniga is a Gem! every time I come in she makes me feel so welcomed and listened too. The atmosphere of this bank is phenomenal and I will be a loyal customer of OZK for life.

The Montrose branch of Bank OZK has the best CD rates as well as the most prompt and courteous service. I hope their manager Jonah stays there a long time. He's the best.

Best OZK branch by far! The whole staff takes care of me regularly, and Alondra was especially helpful and kind to me today, which urged me to write this review!
