Has a sign that say 50 cent per tire for air and the guy told me a dollar for one tire , and when I told him his sign say 50 cent per tire , he look at me and walk away and help someone else ignore me.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared.
My car does not carry a spare tire, only an air pump. After running over a wood pallet, my tire pressure began dropping quickly. I pulled over, checked for nails, and when I didn’t see any, I refilled the tire with air and went to the nearest tire shop for help. They turned me away, so I drove to this location since their listed closing time was 8 PM.
I arrived around 7:20 PM, saw a worker, and explained my situation. He directed me to the manager. The moment I approached, the manager was extremely rude—he didn’t let me get a single word out before yelling “NO NO NO.” When I asked what he meant, he said “we close in 5 minutes.” I pointed out that both their page and maps clearly say they close at 8 PM, but instead of clarifying, he laughed and repeated “NO NO NO.”
This was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and disrespectful, especially toward someone clearly stressed and needing urgent help. If their closing time is earlier than what’s publicly listed, it should be updated so customers aren’t misled.
Overall, the service was horrible, the attitude was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Service was super slow. I ended up missing my daughter’s dentist appointment. I replaced 2 tires and was there for 1 hour. The crazy thing is there wasn’t but one other customer there before me and I left before him. I also was overcharged ($80/per tire) that’s for used tires. Needless to say this was a 1 time visit for me. The one positive I will give is the guy wasn’t rude.

They take a lot of time for just a simple tire repair. I use them just in a real emergency.

I needed air on 2 of my tires and took my car here to get that done. They asked me how much psi does my tire need and I told them 35 psi is good. I got home to check with my psi gauge because something felt off and when I checked both tires I saw that they were at 50 psi. That’s very dangerous and can cause a tire to pop or blow up. When a tire shop can’t even put the correct amount of air on a tire you must avoid it. Very sad

Since moving to Houston, finding a good tire shop that wouldn't try up charging you was a priority. Ever since I got my first patch up with these people I knew they were the go to people for it, not only was it quick and fairly priced. It never came back to haunt me. Over all a great shop and i know it'll be a go to for as long as I stay in Houston

I would give this place the worst review ever they put the tire backward on my rental tesla which ended up costing me money more money. Very bad service

I've taken my vehicles to them a few times if I needed to get a good used tire, and they always give great & quick service.

Have come here twice in the last two years for patch repairs on nails in my tires. Excellent service each time and super reasonably priced. Fast as lighting. They take credit cards. Gracias por Douglas!

Come to get my tires rebalanced and they start serving me by taking my tires off so I won't be able to leave then they go and start eating food right in front of me basically saying f*** you I'll do it when I finish eating right here. Like man I would've left already but you got me stuck here so now I gotta wait
