Barclays carnival card is good to me. I enjoy going on cruises and now i can earn points which equals cruise discount. I've used the points once so far and it decreased my bill $300. Sometimes I want to pay my bill with cash. I noticed that's not possible in the U.S.A. Bummer. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

This credit card company asked for a copy of my social security card, bank statement and driver's license just to close an account that has a zero balance. Plus they've locked me out of my account online so that I have no access. I haven't had an experience like this before with any credit card company. They asked for just enough information for an internal team member to commit identity theft. I would like to just close the credit card account.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This has been the worst credit card experience ever! Me and my girlfriend have been battling with the dispute department since May... it's now October. We used the card to order an item from a well known vendor. We returned it because they sent the wrong item. The vendor refunded the amount. Barclay's also refunded the amount originally and then took it back. We've disputed this since May with no resolution. The approx. $500.00 balance is still on the card. The dispute department is horrible, it's up to them to get us the refund, and they keep closing the matter with no resolution. There's no direct escalation for resolution....they put you in for a call back from a manager, which you only get sometimes. Now they have closed the matter and say we can't dispute it anymore. We can't leave them and cancel the card because it affects your credit. They have you right where they want you! I wouldn't suggest this card company to my worst enemy!

Old Navy recently switched over to Barclays. Since they have switched, I have had nothing but problems!I called to pay off my account back in August and they were able to find my account and complete that process with no issues, and was told the late fee I had accumulated over vacation would be waived since we were completely paying off the account. (I also asked for a new CC and they said it would be mailed)The following month I received a bill in the mail of the late charge that was supposed to be "waived". Of course I gave them a call to handle the situation, but to my surprise.. "THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM"! After multiple phone calls up to this moment, I have accumulated 3 late fees. I have never had a problem like this with Synchrony. I'm not sure where the mix up is, but I really wish someone would return my call and stop giving me the runaround to help me with this situation. I'm just trying to get my debts paid.

Do not recommend getting a credit card with Barclays. Customer service is not great, they don't know how long it takes them to even get you a card when it takes 7-10 business days, and tell you they'll one day ship you your new one because you never got your one you should've got until day 14?

Barclays are scammer; they offer a credit car in carnival cruise... the promotion said 15 months 0% apr on balance transfer. Befor i apply for this card i called them and check they confirmed it. Once I received my card i found out all tetms and condition changed!!!!!Once I called them to see what is going on, they are not trained or professional team and unable to give accurate answers

The worst Credit Card Experience Ever1- Barclays does not protect you from Fraud, I reported one charge in 2019 was not recognize and they did not help to refund the money. therefore, i had to pay it.2- After one year from that charge, i found another charge from the same vendor in 2020, Also they did not help after maybe 20 calls.3- Barclays customer service told me don't pay it bc your case is open , but it turned out that I have to pay the charge plus the past due fees. they just close my account and keep charge me for past due at the time they were investigating. ENDED BY PAYING $224 INSTEAD OF $69 FRAUD CHARGE.4- Barclays Customer service were not able to know the exact reason why I have the same charge again, he told me first that i did not pay the 2019 charge, but when I proofed it for him, he said sorry we can't help for 2019 but we will help for 2020 charge.5-Barclays account manager did not want to help to transfer my call to the dispute department and told me that there is no dispute department, but when i told him this is not true and you are not providing true statement, he just drop the line and disappeared .something else, when they closed my account i had to add again my bank account to be able to pay the charge + the past due fees.very disappointing and not professional, they need to learn how to investigate.GOOD LUCK IF you want to keep going with them

wouldn't go near them. while changing to their bank my American airline (barclay card) online payment was sent by my closed bank acct (my fault I get that). I paid it 2 days after, since it takes 2 days online and they still sent a 30 days past due to my credit report as a negative report. This is how they treat their customers???/ Recently closed my AA Credit Card and left Barclays to another
