By far the worst experience I ever had with a moving company I pre-booked in advance. I let them know what I would be needing to be moved. My original move time was for 3:00 pm They did not show up until 6:30 PM which I did not complain about but when the movers got here they came in asked me what was being moved. I showed them they then begin to go outside And after going outside for about 10 to 15 minutes I then receive the phone call from a lady who was telling me that my price was going to increase because they had to move at night time. Mind you original appointment was at 3:00 PM and that my price was going up $300 over my original price was quoted as 1 50 for two hours, $100 deposit the hundred dollar deposit would go towards my move then when I went to go do consent I saw 346. I asked him why the price change they said because they added an extra time if they needed it, which I said OK for them to tell me when they got here, they were going to charge me 586 when I told them no that they were only going to be moving my big stuff. She then came back and offered me $480 which I still said no to so now I’m stuck with no movers.

Do not use. I was told my moving window was 12pm-3pm for a very easy 1 bedroom plus a couch and two chairs move. The crew showed up at 5:20PM, and it took 8 calls just to get an update when they didn't show up around 12. The supervisor is very very rude and would not provide any updates unless I repeatedly ask. The movers are nice, but they don't speak English and they move exceptionally slowly... as in I could have grabbed a strong friend and moved faster than these two. The company needs to be completely revamped.. sad. Take your business elsewhere.

Two movers came but when it came to unloading my stuff, one mover stayed in the truck for an entire hour. Turns out he was scared of dogs but didn’t say anything to me because he didn’t speak English. I lost an entire hour and had to pay for both movers for that hour. I ended up staying outside with the dogs so that the other mover could start helping out. I could have done this from the get go if they had just told me one mover is scared or dogs. I called the help phone number and the logistics coordinator offered me 5% off, which doesn’t cover the entire hour I lost from losing 50% of the workforce!! It’s insulting and I’m really upset they don’t try to do right for customers.
