Please put a location in The Woodlands. I absolutely love Barry's Bootcamp, but it's too far for me to attend in Houston.

My recent visit to Barry's Houston for the RUN X LIFT Abs & Ass class was a workout like no other. If you're looking to push your limits and break a serious sweat, this is the place to be.The RUN X LIFT Abs & Ass class at Barry's Houston is not for the faint of heart. It's an intense and dynamic workout that combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises. The high-energy atmosphere and challenging routines kept me engaged and motivated throughout the session. The instructors at Barry's Houston are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. They push you to give your all, helping you reach new levels of fitness. Their enthusiasm and encouragement make you want to work harder and strive for your fitness goals.

This place isn't diverse, which is expected considering the area. The instructor made it a point to call me out during the session continuously and mispronounced my name wrong several times. Also, they are highly fat-phobic. The front desk staff gave insinuating and condescending glances (racist microaggressions seeing that I'm both black and plus-sized). If you're not “advanced” in your fitness journey, avoid this place like the plague. They go so fast that you'd risk an injury because you have no time to ensure your form is correct. ( I have a personal trainer, and I regularly weight train and the way they train you during the class is not at all best practice). Be wary of coming here, as they don't provide accommodations or modifications and operate from a place of shame and judgment.

Went for the first time. I felt the class was super unfriendly for beginners. I didn't know where the coach was the whole time when she was demonstrating the moves and she only showed them once. I had no idea what I was doing. I would not recommend coming here if you are just beginning your fitness journey. Also the treadmills are strange and I felt like I was slipping the whole time and I felt like I was going to fall.

I typically fall for workout cults and this one has me in for now. I previously did OTF for years in NYC before the pandemic both gyms have similar structure but totally different goodbye rowers! It’s a bit boogie but I have slightly boogie tendencies so it works out for me. Give it a chance good workout. The treds are worth its weight in gold!Update…... Not only do I love this place I try to go every day, and I’m hooked! Took a trip recently to visit the sister (lives in a different state that has Barry’s) and we took a Barry’s class together, she now goes everyday. We compete on Apple fitness which I recommend weekly challenges with friends and family. AnywayWork out HARD and be nice

I've been in the strip where Barry's is located many, many times before but I never realized what this place is. My boyfriend and I signed up for a class here via ClassPass as he's heard a lot about Barry's and wanted to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful! They got us registered in their system and gave us the run-down of how the class would go. What's more, they have a protein shake bar in the studio in which they will take your order before class begins and have it ready for you right before the class ends! This was super convenient and something we've never experienced in a gym before. The class we took was in the Red Room and it was called RUN X LIFT, which focused on both treadmill running and upper body weightlifting. This is DEFINITELY not a class for beginners (just pointing out that we are not beginners, but we workout regularly with a different program that is all-levels-friendly. This was not that). If you're coming here for the first time, be prepared to LISTEN closely to what the instructor says as he was constantly changing things up. My boyfriend wasn't listening too well so he grabbed the wrong set of weights at one point. I also wasn't listening well and was doing the treadmill portion wrong for the whole first half of it. So if this happens to you, just laugh it off and keep moving! LolAlso, I think it's really cool that they have locations all over the world. This is especially convenient for people who travel worldwide regularly for business. All in all, this was a great experience for us! Thanks, Barry's Houston!

I love the high intensity workouts. The staff and all the instructors are lovely too. The bonus for me is the shake bar. Amazing protein shakes that are made ready for you at your request at the end of a workout.
