I was very pleased with my service. My Jeep Cherokee was brought in and I was so sad because I thought I was gonna be without my only form of transportation for a long time due to me hitting something and John Reyes made sure I had my car back with in two weeks in one piece and in great condition, my car looked better than before. They cleaned my car in the inside and washed it everything ! Everyone was very professional anytime I had a question, I sent a text, or called I was always responded to. I will forever recommend this place to anyone who has got into a car accident or I’m something happens to your car. Wonderful place !!!!

10/10 customer service from the representative by the name of John. John was very helpful and transparent about what he would be able to do for my vehicle and the time frame it would be done. 10/10 reaction when the car was ready, I went in with a fender bender but left with a new bumper, new headlight, new fender and a beautiful color matched paint job. Bass collision shop looks out for their customers and you can trust they will go the extra mile to make sure your car leaves better than what it did when it came in. I’m very satisfied with the service all around and recommend Bass collision shop to those who are looking to get work done to their vehicle for a great rate and great results.

Mr. John Reyes was the person who helped me to initiate the paper work to start on the repairs of my vehicle, every one there was super nice. They would keep me updated on the status of my vehicle repairs and they did a awesome job. I truly recommend Bass Collision

I wish I could give this company a 10 star rating, specifically for the help rendered by Mr. Jason Hill. I recently got in a accident and my front bumper got damaged. A friend recommended the company. When I called, I asked a lot of questions and Mr. Hills explained everything for me and made the entire process so easy. I was shopping around for an Auto Repair Shop in order to repair my vehicle's damage from a car collision. I discovered BASS COLLISION, where I was informed and assisted with my issue by John (Manager). I was given a quote from John for a reasonable amount, and the service did not disappoint. John was able to work with my schedule and kept in contact with me about the service.He was able to provide a loaner car for transportation needs while my vehicle was being serviced. I would highly recommend visiting BASS COLLISION for superb customer service and spectacular workmanship.

I brought my RAM in for body damage on the back driver side door and bed. They did a great job on the repair and the paint match was on point. They kept me informed on the progress of repairs, which I appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this shop.
