Kaitlyn was so perfect and precious. Beyond helpful and just made it a joy to be in the store. There was a man working the front counter, slightly darker skin and dark facial hair, I didn’t get his name but he was also very sweet and they made the environment so pleasant. Very thankful for the experience and I will go out of my way to come to this location just because the service is that great.

First time going in this location in years and I won't be back, the customer service was terrible. The Associates acted as if they didn't want to be there at work. No one helped me or even asked if I needed help, so nope I'll stick with my usual locations. Myerland, First Colony and Missouri City.

I had the most amazing experience at Bath and Body Works in Rice Village. Olivia and Ryan were soooooo absolutely fabulous. They were super upbeat and friendly and elevated my shopping experience!!! I will be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great central location with friendly staff and overall it usually has stuff in stock compared to other locations near me. Therefore this one is my go-to!

Tai was a great help I was literally in & out after explaining I was on a time constraint to drop off “thank you” gifts for two men colleagues. Customer Service was Top Tier & Very Appreciated. Will be back just for her to this location‼️

I visited this location during the semi-annual sale , I was not pleasantly welcomed by Tai at the entrance who seemed just reciting a welcome without any enthusiasm. I was looking for a specific fragrance and was pointed where to look by Tai, I was in the store for about 10mins which was not full and never once asked if I found what I was looking for or needed help by NO associate in the store.
Even more disturbing another customer wanted to purchase all of the Macron 3 -wick candles that were on a top shelf, which she asked Tai to get them for her. The customer didn't have a bag or basket but was given all 3 candles in her hands to carry, which was stacked up to the customers chin. The customer was NOT offered a basket to secure the candles, which could have fell and glass shattered and created a safety hazard. I looked for a basket to give the customer holding the candles and saw candle crates at the entrance of the store, got one and helped the customer secure the candles.
My visit at this location was not pleasant!

The staff is so wonderfully friendly here! I come from north side all the way here just for the people and the variety. I find a lot more scents than any other location. Ask for Olivia, she’s a gem ❤️

Out of a favorite bath gel, but staff were helpful to recreate a match of cashmere, rose, jasmine and musk. Discounts and freebies helped!

It’s candle day and I walked into this winter wonderland. I wasn’t sure what to get but then Tai decided she was gonna be my ferry candle mother. We walked, we smelled, we qualified and amazing scents were picked. My strategy was to get what would be seasonal and leaving. So my picks: 2 Cranberry Pear Bellini, Cherry Blossom Pound Cake, 2 Cinnamon Sugared Pecan, Vanilla Bean Noel. So 6 for $60 means 6 for the price of what was 2. Thanks for all the help Tai. I can’t wait for the smells to bring me future joy just like you did today.
Update: poking up fur my friend and they sent a screenshot. Olivia was kind enough to keep refreshing to find the order. Love this place! Thanks guys

One of the two best bath and body works I’ve gone to! It was my first time at this location and TAI helped us and was very welcoming!
Will come back to this location in the near future. :)
