Recently went by the Meyerland location.
Saw a fixture with a Thick Layer of dust on top. So thick, I wrote "clean me"
When I brought it to the mangers attention, she gave a flip respose that they have cleaning people to come clean the store regularly. I said obviously they are not doing a good job because that dust was Very thick.
Instead of saying something to effect of I'll take care of that asap.. it's all in the attitude for me and she didn't care.
If she is ok with a Dirty and Dusty store. Then I'm ok taking my business elsewhere.

never in my life have i been treated so rudely by employees of any bath and body works i’ve ever been to! both the lady’s we asked were so rude and annoyed by our questions and would not even let us smell the last of a product i was looking to buy i will NEVER come to this location again and i typically LOVE these stores. im an in disbelief this is not the bath and body employee’s i am used to they are horribly RUDE!!!

They have a signed for 75% off selected items there were candles that I was told they were not. Nothing on the table was 75% off by the sign was there and the lady was placing the items on it. False advertisement

Horrible Altitude....There's a short white lady with curly short hair and frekles she was wearing a sweater which it was covering her name tag so I couldn't see her name. I was looking at some items and by accident few of the items fell on the table she came up to where I was and looked at me in a mean way... I said I'm sorry with a smile she looked at me and ignored me and grabbed the items and put them in order in an mean way. Sorry lady its your job if you don'tlike what you doing please leave let someone else do this job.
Defenetly she needs to be fired.

Did a pick up order and stood in line as soon as the cashier was done with the customer before me she walked off and never came back smh. Terrible customer service at this location.

I had such an awesome experience with Mrs. Jeri she helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the most nurturing way, as I walking in with my 1 yr old in my arms ….not only did she grab a basket for me she helped me figure out what exactly it was that I needed helped carry my things to the front and as of the cherry on top she made sure to let me know that I can always comeback in case of any issues with my purchase …I am most definitely only coming to this location from now on, she was the definition of great customer service !

The absolute worst location, each time I walked in the store I was neither greeted and they also accused me of stealing and followed me around the store. I did report this too management but nothing was done!!
