Bath and Body Works is one of my FAVORITE stores! I love shopping there. The products are always displayed very neatly and organized. It smells so sweet there. Frequent sales exist. The store manager, Kelly, Jesus, and another manager of the store always treat me with the utmost dignity and respect. They always suggest new products for me to try. By the way, they are all very knowledgeable about their products. When I walk out of that store, I am very pleased, happy, and enthusiastic that I came in. On a scale from 1 to 5, I give Bath and Body Works at Memorial City Mall 50 gold stars! The Asst. Mgr Soundos found me the last gift set of Winter Candy Apple. My fav. Leslie and Soundos were very kind to me as always. They both gave me EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I came here to buy some candles. The line to check out was insane. I waited for 20 minutes and it didn't move. Instead of having multiple employees standing on the sales floor on their cellphones...they should have opened more registers. I left my basket and left.

I am a loyal bath & body works consumer and I am thankful for the coupons I get sent. I get to this location at the mall and the cashier was disrespectful, and racist with me. Her attitude was bad. It’s the first time this happen to me cashier # 4001116. I don’t see her name but that’s what the recipt have.

I love Bath & Body Works in Memorial! Each visit is a delight for the senses. The store is always spotless, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I can't resist their fragrances, I always find something new that I love! Plus, deals and promotions make it easy to pamper yourself without spending a lot. Highly recommended for lovers of beauty and personal care products!

That store is beautiful, and I think I may have made a couple friends in there because I'm in there like every week and a half. I really tend to see the same people and I got to say every one of them is super nice and helpful

I consistently choose this store every time I'm at the mall. The enticing aroma always draws me in, creating a pleasant shopping experience. The variety of options is impressive, offering a wide selection to cater to different preferences. Recently I have bought some lotions for my husband—he's hooked! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping process enjoyable.
