I consistently choose this store every time I'm at the mall. The enticing aroma always draws me in, creating a pleasant shopping experience. The variety of options is impressive, offering a wide selection to cater to different preferences. Recently I have bought some lotions for my husband—he's hooked! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping process enjoyable.

This store is AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and it is always well stocked! I didn’t know what gift to get for my mom and they went all out. Definitely will be coming here more often! ❤️

Awful experience with cashier Karolyne. Deal for wall flower scents was 5 for 27. She ended up ringing us up for almost $40!Then made a huge scene about not being able to get a full refund!

The cashier name Renaeta is extremely rude to the customers. I just ask one question on the app and she gave me so much attitude. If you do not like to help your client, please quit. Def will never go back here.

Kelly!!!! She was amazing & patient, the way she hosts and directs us in getting stuff, that helped us a lot.. The store is clean, organized and very friendly staff..Mother's day sale is going on!!

Kelly manager didn’t took my word employee was rude to me ,I was there to pick up my order .she basically was telling me my order not ready and ignored me . .I order online all time never been treat like this my originalStore in Copperfield.Kelly was telling me employee like to be perfect in her job and she shy,know don’t we want everything perfect no excuse employee act like thisKelly manager didn’t treat me well like employee not telling me sell and telling me good morning very rude environmentMay I add I was in my wheelchair very rude to disable chronic Illness

It was my second time visiting this store and I typically go to the location in Katy Mills or Premium Outlets. The store is very tidy and organized but I was under the impression there was a sale based on the pricing in the photo below. When I got to the register the items were showing full price. The cashiers asked the manager and she said the items were buy 3 get three free. I went back to take a pic of the misleading sign to show the manager and reps to avoid having the same issue with other customers. The manager told me they were not honoring the blue signs only the red ones and was speaking to me as if I should’ve known. I thought it was extremely tacky and unprofessional and I’ve never actually experienced such tackiness at a BBW store before. It was a waste of my time.

Kelly at was the Memorial City Location is so sweet and helpful. Aside from my mom and I she was happily helping everyone with questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

This is the second time that have this issue. Last Sunday I bought the wallflowers fragrance I use in my house. I always buy the same Limoncello. The first time 2 of them smelled weird (a mixture of cinnamon and rubbing alcohol). This time, 1 of them is is definitely not limoncello and I still don’t know what is in it?♀️. My advice inspect the color and the smell in the store before you take your wallflowers home!

Went to make an exchange based on the BBW exchange/return policy and the managers acted as if the products were coming out of their personal checks. The sales representative stated that the organization changed their exchange policy this month yet allowed me to exchange my items. If this is in fact true this should be announced to the public instead of an internal memo.
