This place is pretty rude, I had a 30 dollar credit online and asked 2 of the in store employees how to get it from my online acct. Both employees said it was not possible if it was not in my wallet. When I showed my email, they both looked a little confused, but repeated their verbage as though I was not comprehending how to work the internet.
I continued showing that I have the credit, (which was given to me through customer service), but they continued to be rude as though it did not exist even though it was there in my email.
I finally figured it out by myself, but by then I decided to take the $50 I was going to spend there elsewhere.
If employees do not know how to work their own websites and emails, it's better to refer a customer to someone who does. Rather then treat them as though they are illiterate...

I love to have their good smelling lotions always at hand. They make a great gift too because it is not a nic nac that would be collecting dust... it is something they will use and appreciate. I do take advantage of their coupons and offers to get a better price, because as they are, for me they are a little pricey

My husband and I came in earlier this afternoon, and we made a purchase of quite A few items that total almost $200, when we approach the counter to check out, there was a girl who is already busy checking out another customer, and then there was another guy who was just standing there, he saw us standing there, and didn’t say can I help you or can I take the next person or I can take you now I can help you we had a look at him to get the response To be checked out upon check out my husband Stated to him We need to make this in two separate payments Are you able to do that? He said yes, so after he rang everything up, my husband told him I’ll pay half of the amount. The amount pulled up on the screen, but when he kept putting his debit card in the guy kept fiddling with the computer and kept telling my husband to put the debit card in My husband was getting really agitated Asking him will My card be charged as many times as I put it in here He responded no, but with not much confidence This was a back-and-forth thing for about five minutes He kept fiddling with the computer In the long run, he charged my husband, the whole entire amount and all he said was I’m sorry guys. Y’all have a nice day That’s not OK. If you don’t know how to do something ask for Help

Never been to this location but the gal who greeted everyone who walked through the door was awesome. I failed to get her name otherwise it would of been posted in this review. Kuddos to you girl. Not only did she greet everybody but wasn't pushy nor annoying. As for the person checking out, she can take pointers from the gal greeting. I'm all about people who engage with customers making shopping experience more inviting.
