I would not shop at this Bath & Body Works at the Almeda Mall. Initially, I was a repeat customer until I was discriminated against. On my last time shopping there, I looked around for only a few minutes, and shortly, one of the employees, without reason, contacted security. There was two security mall personnel observing me for no reason. I wondered why they kept staring at me until I saw one of them was wearing a badge. It made me feel uncomfortable so I left, but as I did, the employee on staff said thank you to the two men surveilling me, which inferred to me that she contacted them to keep an eye on me. It was apparent that I was discriminated against, possibly because I was Hispanic or for some other reason that only the store clerk could answer.
It made me feel unwelcome, and the bad part was that neither of the employees bothered to see if I needed help. The vibe that I received was that I needed to leave quickly.
I cannot understand why some employees still misunderstand a customer shopping at their store. I did nothing wrong. I do not know if this was a form of racial profiling or something else. One thing is for sure: I will never shop at this store again.

I believe I hit the jackpot with all the amazing deals I received today. "Sweet Whiskey "will be the scent the next few months. There will be many B&B gifts under the Christmas tree.

Came in almost close to closing time and having problems with my bath and body works app and tosha helped me and went above and beyond to help me and my gf and make our experience a very pleasant one! Will definitely be back soon

My daughter and I we're just window shopping. Nice and clean. Everything in order and great selection of items. However, I did notice on our way out the whole time we were in the store we weren't greeted by store staff!!
