Additionally, there have been issues with exchanges, as one customer had to repurchase a product despite needing an even exchange, only to find that the candle had been previously burned. This was my first time here. There were so many options and it was a bit overwhelming. It would've been nice if someone asked if I needed help. The 3 stars are for customer service.
