Good location. Well stocked with lots of different items and scents. Unless you're looking for something very specific that's out of stock here, this is a better and more convenient location to stop at than the Willowbrook Mall location across the street.

I’d give it less than a one star if I could. This BBW is the absolute worst. Honestly it’s the management, they have a toxic environment and speak badly about people when they walk through the door. I heard the manager Anitra actually tell her hispanic associates to help “their cousins” when hispanic patrons entered the store. I will never shop here. Shame on Bath and Body works for allowing such behaviors from the top. The definite root of the problem here.

Today's experience was so below satisfying. No one said anything to me upon entering the store and Reagan, the acting manager was standing right there in duty. I saw my favorite candle was back in stock so I walked up to her and waited until she finished typing, spoke. Reagan responded by just looking at me like I had egg on my face and says "what, did you need something or something?" I was blown back by the attitude. I asked her was the Fiji White Sands 50% of, she just says was it on that table over there, mind you she is at the front of the store so all the tables are over there. I point and try to feel her come see they're over here. She just says yes they are. I get 6 and go to the register, to my were full price, smh. I stated we'll the lady up there said they're 50% off, so they get her, Reagan, and she comes back there looks at them and says no not those. I was disgusted with the customer service and as manager you should display the attitude and service you want other employees to model. Never will return to this one again.

They need to figure out a safe way, for their customers when they have the big sales. People get a little crazy and cut in line and push others around. And the sales people do nothing about it. One of these days there's going to be a big fight and someone's really going to get hurt. Plus it is starting to get ghetto.

I went to do an even exchange and had to repurchase the product again even exchange. I made the purchase only to get home a realized all 3 wicks were black. Meaning thus candle was previously burned so now I have to check candles to make sure they've never been burned!

I’ve always loved B&BW, have mostly shopped at Katy locations and customer service was excellent every time. I was very disappointed in this particular Spring location because not one employee as much as said hello as I walked in or looked around the store. In Katy, someone ALWAYS welcomed me in and asked if I needed help, etc. It was not very crowded or busy, but the only employees I saw were behind the counter, moving at a snails pace. Only 1 person in line ahead of me and when their transaction was done, the ladies behind the counter ignored me and began chatting among themselves! I had to step right up and put my items on the counter loudly before I was even acknowledged! Not one of the ladies smiled - they were like robots. I will not return to this location, ever. I’ve never experienced worse customer service at any store that I can recall. I love their products but the prices have gone way up and service has gone WAY DOWN. Adios, B&BW!

Had my order sent here for pickup. THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE. Got a refund but missed out on 3 wick candles but one get one free. (I spent $90). I will no longer deal with them or their stores. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. This is also not the first time I’ve had an issue with them.
