Went to this store because I had a coupon expiring and saw an item I liked. When I was ready to check out a guy told me I could not use my coupon because it was already redeemed. I had not redeemed the coupon at all and it was not showing up on my app. I proceed to not take the item. I come home and try the coupon on my app and what a miracle it worked and unredeemed. I am highly disappointed on how I was treated I don’t want to make it a race thing but he was being kinder to a lady that was not my skin color. I can’t remember his name but I won’t be shopping at this store again. At the bottoms are the picture of the coupon and the online app saying my coupon is applied.

Review for Bath and Body Works at 19971 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas 77094

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this Bath and Body Works location. I have had a recurring issue with a candle that did not burn all the way down to the bottom, unlike others I have purchased. Each time I reported this issue, I was assured that I could return the candle and receive a replacement. I even heard from other customers that they had successfully done the same.
Today, I finally remembered to bring the defective candle with me. However, the manager informed me that the candle must be an inch from the top to be eligible for a return. This contradicts what I had been told previously and what I know from other customers' experiences.
The inconsistency and lack of helpfulness were extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing more candles on each visit, I felt disregarded and disrespected today. Due to this poor customer service, I will not be shopping at this store again.

First, I come here often and this is my first time to complain. The music was played a club volume. I frequent gun ranges, so as annoying as it was, I powered through. My gf asked if they could turn it down slightly only to recieve a look of disgust. She excused her self to wait in truck while I went to check out with what we managed to pick before having enough of the audio assault. 5 staff members were present even though only one lane was open with 7 people in line and growing. Eventually, one of the two of the people who walked past the line earlier while chatting to themselves returned to open another register and I was finally able to take my leave of an unusually aggravating visit. I'm not sure if this is the new S.O.P. or not here, but I will try other locations in the future.
