On December 15, 2025 I and family came m to shop for the holidays. When we walked in, we were greeted by staff, and felt welcomed in this place of business. We made a purchase, for gifts to give for the holidays. But what made me give a one star rating, was because of what I noticed and felt as we were leaving the store. Mr. Chris S. who is the manager made it a very unpleasant experience, because as we were leaving, he stretched his neck out like an ostrich, trying to check our hands to make sure we wasn't walking out of the store with Bath & Body Works products. It was until he saw the receipt in my hand that he was able to have some relief. It's very sad, because no matter what your occupation is, because of your skin color you are automatically considered a suspect for theft. I do understand that at this time of year, theft can be at an all time high, but the ones that are actually stealing you will miss, because you are only singling out a certain group. I know many people, and will be sure to spread the word about my experience. We have been to this location a few times, but am not sure if I will continue to patronize this location.👎🏽

If holiday cheer had a store location, it would be this Bath & Body Works on Westheimer and Eldridge! From the moment I stepped inside, I was wrapped in scents of winter warmth and welcomed with smiles that could light up the entire shopping mall.
Huge shoutout to Alexus and Darian — the dynamic duo of great service! Alexus went above and beyond to recommend options when the items I wanted were out of stock, and Darian jumped right in to help track them down (even if luck wasn’t on our side at first). What impressed me most was watching them turn right back around to help other customers with just as much enthusiasm. That’s genuine customer service in action.
With their help, I still managed to snag one of the elusive treasures — the Winterberry Ice soap — a limited edition that honestly feels like bottled Christmas magic. For any guys looking to gift something special for a friend, partner, or family member, take my word: this fragrance is a winner.
Between the cheerful cashier at the front and the departing greeter’s warm farewell, this visit turned into a festive little adventure. Christmas must’ve come early, because I left with a bag full of good vibes and the perfect scent for the season. Here’s hoping this product line sticks around — I’d grab the whole collection if I could!

I had an excellent experience at this Bath & Body Works location. The manager, Miss Tuesday, provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive and helpful with my online pickup order and ensured I was able to take advantage of the “Buy Three, Get One Free” promotion. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

To the employee named Cris, I just want you to know that you are so rude and provided horrible customer service. my mother was making a comedic comment, saying none of the sprays smell good, you decided to passive aggressively say “that’s what happens when people spray too much,” meaning my mom. Are we, the customers, not permitted to sample the overpriced room sprays before buying? Is it all of a sudden against store policy to use the “spray + play” samples? Do you get paid minimum wage to be rude to customers? Disgusting. Additionally, this store is always BLASTING music so you can hardly think, and the employees are rude and are not interested in helping customers.

I was really excited for a small treat for myself so when I received the email for the plug ins. I went in knew what I wanted and could afford and was ok with that. Until I checked out, the cashier ( name started with a Y, trains, yudira, Yuliana) but she was really rude. So I won’t be returning online either. It was not first time I have received lack luster customer service. My dollars are limited so when I have lagniappe, I get excited. But I will not be returning. Thanks but no thanks. Do better
